How to Order:

US Orders:

1. Funds must be in US Dollars.
2. Payment is to be made to Bill Sauder.
3. The preferred means of payment is by Money Order or Cashier’s Check, which will ensure immediate shipment of plans.
4. Personal checks are acceptable, but the check must be drafted against a US bank or similar US institution, and is subject to a 10 day holding period to confirm funds have cleared. We regret we cannot accept Paypal or Credit Card orders at this time.
5. Postage must be added to all orders.
6. Residence of the state of Tennessee must add 7% sales tax.
7. Plans shipped to US addresses will be sent via USPS Priority Mail, unless the purchaser requests an alternate means of shipment.
8. Insurance is typically not warranted, but will be supplied on request at cost.

International Orders:

1. Overseas orders can only be accepted from Canada, Europe, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand and must ship to an address in those territories.
2. Funds must be in US Dollars by international bank draft. We regret we cannot accept Paypal or Credit Card orders at this time.
3. Payment is to be made to Bill Sauder.
4. Because shipping costs are so variable, please contact us by email with your order and we will be able to quote an exact shipping cost.
5. Please indicate if you wish to insure the package, which will be provided at cost.  Plans without insurance are shipped at the Purchaser’s own risk, and we assume no liability for lost or damaged items.
6. Customs fees and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

• If plans are damaged in shipment, send us an email as soon as possible describing the damage.  You will receive an email describing with instructions.
• Refunds are offered only to the actual purchaser of the plan(s). Requests for refunds must be submitted by email within seven (7) days of receipt. The costs of shipping and insurance are not refundable.
